The Department of Psychiatry, Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a pediatric psychologist for a full-time position in the Medical Coping Clinic.The psychologist will provide outpatient consultation and therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with acute and chronic medical conditions.Specific training and skills in the application of cognitive-behavioral therapy with children diagnosed with medical conditions is required. Harvard Medical School faculty appointment will be provided at appropriate rank, most likely at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level.The applicant should possess or be eligible for a Massachusetts health service provider license in psychology.Graduates of APA-approved doctoral programs with APA-approved internships are required.
