The Patient and Family Wellness Center in the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute is seeking early- and mid-career psychologists for clinical- and research-focused faculty positions. The Patient and Family Wellness Center was established in 2012 through a close partnership between the Cancer and Blood Disease Institute and Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology. It is a comprehensive psychosocial clinical and research program for children, adolescents and young adults with cancer and blood diseases from diagnosis through long-term survivorship. We are seeking candidates for the following positions:
· Director of Clinical Services: We are also seeking applicants at the Associate Professor level or higher for the Director of Clinical Services. Candidates for the Director of Clinical Service will ideally have at least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of clinical services within hematology, oncology, and/or BMT. The Director will oversee clinical programing and services of all members of the Patient and Family Wellness Team including psychologists, social workers, child life specialist, school interventionists, integrative health specialists, and pastoral care.
· Clinical Assistant/Associate Professors (Pediatric Psychologists): We are seeking one early- and one mid-career pediatric psychologist for clinical faculty positions. Successful candidates will have clinical experience in one or more oncology populations including postdoctoral training.
· Clinical Assistant Professor (Neuropsychologist): We are seeking one early- or mid-career neuropsychologist for a clinical faculty position. Successful candidates will have clinical experience in one or more oncology populations including two-years of postdoctoral training.
· Research Assistant/Associate Professors: Finally, we are seeking two psychologists at the Assistant or Associate research professor levels. Successful candidateswill have completed a two-year research-focused post-doctoral fellowship.
