Intervention

Members of the Neurobehavioral Group are experienced in the assessment and treatment of behavioral and psychological problems of children with chronic medical conditions.  We are skilled in implementing empirically-based clinical interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, to work with children enrolled on protocols who have developmental delays, problems with medication adherence, needle anxiety, or other behavioral issues, which help the patients better cope with their illness, medical procedures, and treatments.
